Your log must be thorough and reference either your goal, what you have learnt or what you have done.
Word Length :
Bronze - minimum 25 word entry
Silver - minimum 80 word entry
Gold - minimum 120 word entry
Home activities need to provide additional evidence so that your Assessor can proof what you are doing.
Evidence examples:
Photographs (bronze level 2-3. Silver level 4-8)
Recipes (e.g. for cooking)
Garmin, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Exercise App or Similar metrics screenshot (for any physical activity)

Silver Level (above): Great, detailed log entry. This student is able to prove what she has written by providing photo evidence.

Bronze Level: Fantastic, detailed log entry. This student is able to prove what she has written by providing photo evidence. Recipes and ingredients are great forms of evidence too.

Bronze Level: This student is able to prove what she has written by providing photo evidence. Two sentences with photos that show the process. Great example. If you provide more photographs, you can reduce your word length. Six photos provided.
Skill - Textiles (home activity).
Bronze Level: Log includes screenshots of an exercise app - shows the amount of time the participant has spent exercising, KM the student has ran, heart rate and other metrics that the app includes. These screenshots are the most important element for any physical activity being completed at home. Student finishes her workout with a yoga and has included this evidence in photos.
Physical - Running (home activity).
Bronze Level: This student has used an iPhone to pursue photography from home. The student has chosen a 'subject matter' - which is environment and experiments on closeups, long shots, and editing options. Excellent evidence provided and description.
